COVID-19 Shipping Update

As COVID-19 has spread, we've recently seen an increase in people shopping online. We are doing our best to offer the same fantastic service that our customers have experienced throughout the years. All orders will ship within 14 days by USPS. You can then expect to receive your order within 10-14 days of shipment.

DHL handles most of our domestic shipping. This shipping method uses a complex system that utilizes both the DHL and the USPS system. Final delivery will be done by USPS.


Delivery Confirmations:
This company is not responsible for lost packages if the tracking information is showing the item has been delivered.


Handling time is the time needed to select and package your item for pick up by the carrier (i.e. USPS or UPS). A long handling time generally indicates that an item will need to be manufactured prior to delivery or is on back order.

Most orders leave our warehouse within 1-2 business day. The time it takes to receive your package varies depending on the shipping carrier, but our standard shipping time is 5-7-days, meaning you will receive your package within 5-10 business days. 

Partial Shipments

In some cases, orders with multiple items are shipped in multiple packages. These are called partial shipments. In this instance, items will ship from more than one shipping facility. You will receive notification when this occurs. Although multiple packages are being shipped, you will have only one shipping charge.


To return an item you don't even need to contact us first!  Simply return the item via a trackable method to:

Be sure to either include your packing slip or write your order number on the outside of the package to ensure a prompt credit!

To receive either a credit toward an exchange or a credit on your charge account, please note that all returns and exchanges must be in new, unused or unworn condition with the original tags and stickers attached. Items deemed worn, used, dirty or missing tags will be returned to purchaser at their expense and no refund will be issued. Since lost return shipments are the responsibility of the customer, be sure to obtain a tracking number from the courier for the return shipment.
